Dear Guests and Potential Guests....
Please know that our property's water is not affected by the chemical spill that occurred in Charleston, WV. We had our water to the entire building turned off 3 days before the spill due to a water pipe that froze and broke. On Monday, January 6, we drained all water lines because our plumber couldn't get to us for a few days. At the time, we didn't realize what a blessing that would turn out to be. We were scheduled to get our pipes fixed on the 10th. On the 9th, when we learned of the spill, we elected to keep our water off, and researched for a whole building filtration system that removes all chemicals from the water. The water to the entire building was off until we installed the filtration and purification system.  It was a costly expenditure, but well worth the assurance of chemical free water.  We have a steam distiller in our kitchen for drinking and food prep just to take that extra step in water consumed.  Book soon to experience this chemical free bathing water.  Our owner, Lisa has done an extensive amount of research and is now a great consultant on the various kinds of filtration and would be happy to discuss the various options with you when you stay at Brass Pineapple Inn.
